Main Wooden Gate off Rankin Place is dragging ground, difficult to open. Latch also broken.
Check all Wooden Gates + Latches for all units and make sure operating smoothly, including backyards of units 1, 3, 5, and 7 accessible only from Rankin Place.
Decorative Wood is falling off the concrete wall in front of Unit 7 needs repair. There are some loose fence posts on the right side about25 feet inside the vehicle gate. The fence is wobbly and is leaning.
Also repair any loose fence boards that need screws, or replace boards that are too warped for repair. SEE ATTACHED PDF
