Remove rats from outdoor areas. Consult on how to deal with rats potentialy coming from commercial property adjacent to our subdivision, across Rankin Place (not Rankin St) where they have large green dumpsters. Possums and raccoons also spotted at night, but no current problems with them. They can be left alone unless you see a specific need to remove them.
