A. Community Site Survey • Walk and survey the community with an HOA representative to observe representative home types, grades, pathways, fences, gates, steps, rear-access limitations, front-yard conditions, and other relevant constraints. • Identify and document the principal categories of properties where moving bins to and from an approved storage area is difficult or impractical. Oxon Creek Homeowners Association • RFQ – Trash & Recycling Storage Solutions • Take measurements, photographs, and field notes as needed to support recommendations. Vendor shall coordinate any resident-specific access through the HOA. • Assess space needed for commonly used residential trash and recycling containers, including configurations capable of accommodating large containers up to approximately 96 gallons where applicable. • Identify safety, drainage, slope, accessibility, utility, maintenance, and installation considerations that may affect proposed solutions. B. Constraints and Feasibility Assessment • Describe the constraints observed and group similar property conditions into practical categories or prototypes. • Identify where rear or side storage remains feasible and where an alternative approach may be warranted. • Evaluate whether minor site modifications—such as gate modifications, pathway improvements, pads, ramps, or other access improvements—could provide a practical solution. • Identify any apparent conditions that may require HOA architectural approval, homeowner permission, permitting, utility marking, or additional professional review before installation. C. Alternative Solutions Vendor shall propose a minimum of two materially different solutions. Vendors are encouraged to provide additional options when site conditions support them. At least one proposed solution must address a uniform front-facing screened storage option.

Solution 1 – Uniform Front-Facing Bin Cover/Enclosure A screened enclosure or cover that can be placed at an HOA-approved front or front-adjacent location for properties where rear access is impractical. Uniform appearance; weather resistance; ventilation; ease of opening; anchoring; placement; drainage; maintenance; compatibility with trash/recycling containers; color/material options; expected life. Solution 2 – Alternative Access or Storage Solution A distinct approach that reduces the need to move bins over steep grades or through blocked pathways. Examples may include side-yard screening, gate/path modifications, small pads, ramps, relocated screened storage, or another vendor-designed approach based on field conditions. Optional Additional Solution(s) Any additional practical approach the vendor believes would address a meaningful category of homes. Describe the property type served, benefits, limitations, installation requirements, and cost.
