• Collect loose paper, bottles, cans, wrappers and similar litter in front of homes, on sidewalks,
in cul-de-sacs, along accessible curbs and street edges, and in accessible HOA common areas.
• Bag, remove and lawfully dispose of collected litter; furnish all personnel, equipment, bags, gloves and transportation.
• Do not enter private enclosed areas or disturb residents’ belongings. Report illegal dumping and unsafe conditions.
• Excluded unless separately authorized: bulk items, household bin emptying, landscaping, power washing, hazardous waste and sharps.

Requirements & Expectations
April–September: once weekly, up to 3 hours per visit (approximately 26 visits / 52 hours
annually).
October–March: twice monthly, up to 3 hours per visit (12 visits / 24 hours annually).
Estimated total: 38 visits and up to 76 hours annually. Service days shall be agreed with the HOA.
No additional time or fees without advance written authorization.
