I experienced a leak that was coming from the apartment upstairs. In order to locate where the leak was coming from, the plumbers had to open a hole in the ceiling, in the AC/Water heater closet. Its not a big hole, its approximately 6"x15" but its in an awkward small closet. I'm looking to not only repair the hole but also to assess if any of the drywall in the closet needs to be replaced after sustaining water damage.
